Whether it be our in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events or guidance along customers’ unique parenting journeys, our amazing store teams make sure buying that first pram, cot, baby‑changing table or outfit for a baby’s first birthday is a magical moment.
RoleWe are looking for SALES ASSISTANTS to be based at our Mamas & Papas Charlton store. The vacancy covers 8 hours per week across 2 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both. (Apply to chat through what shift patterns would work best for you.)
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and leave customers with magical moments they’ll never forget.
- Offer product insight and product knowledge to help guide customers.
- Support in‑store personal shopping, car seat consultations and parent‑to‑be events.
- Background in retail assistant, sales assistant or customer service.
- A passion for putting a smile on customers’ faces.
