As one of our talented Stylists you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. • While a qualification in make‑up artistry/previous retail make‑up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

• The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to understand individual and team service goals.
• Assist with maintaining the store environment and operations and supporting administrative and housekeeping duties.
• Help the Senior Stylist, assistants, and other team members to achieve their sales and service objectives by providing help, advice and motivation.
• Maintain the customer experience by adhering to the Service Checklist, Three Steps of Service and the Company’s Mission.
• Coach and support stylists and highlight opportunities.
• Execute events according to the Guidance as directed by leadership, striven to exceed event targets.
• Assist daily with stock replenishment, rotation, hygiene supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain work environment: cleaning display units, testers, Tasting Bar, wet test area, hot towel warmers, Tasting Bar™ and Merchandise placement.
• Communicate stock issues and maintain safety and maintenance with management.
• Show excellent standards of time‑keeping and attendance; liaise between team and management.
• Assist with administrative paperwork and inventory counts; adhere to security procedures and handle cash and assets properly.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards in accordance with Company policy, and use only Jo Malone™ London fragrance products during working hours.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.
