As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering warm, professional, and personalised service to every customer in a luxury retail environment
• Maintaining the shop floor to the highest standards-clean, tidy, and covered at all times
• Ensuring luxury stock is beautifully presented and replenished daily
• Gaining deep product knowledge and assisting customers with thoughtful aftercare
• Supporting your team in upholding the values of a proud heritage brand

To succeed as a Sales Assistant, you will bring:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, or a strong interest in classic womenswear and a desire to grow within a heritage setting
• A polished, friendly, and professional approach to customer interaction
• A strong eye for detail and pride in store presentation
• Full-time flexibility, including some weekend availability
