As part of this exciting growth, they are looking for a Property Project Manager to play a key role in delivering new stores, refits, and rebrands across their nationwide portfolio.

Your Mission

To bring our client’s brand to life across new and existing stores, delivering high-quality retail environments that balance creativity, value, and operational practicality. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

What You’ll Own & Drive

* Lead New Store Openings:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from site feasibility and design coordination to procurement, build, fit-out, and handover.

* Elevate Existing Spaces:
Oversee store refits, rebrands, and remodels, minimizing operational disruption while maximizing customer experience and commercial performance.

* Collaborate to Create Impact:
Work closely with design, retail, visual merchandising, facilities, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all locations.

* Manage Multiple Projects at Pace:
Control budgets, programmes, contractors, and stakeholders across a varied project portfolio, identifying risks early and solving problems proactively.

What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience in retail project management with a successful track record of delivering multi-site projects.

* Strong understanding of construction, fit-out processes, and design coordination.

* Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset, thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

* A passion for design, innovation, and creating memorable retail experiences.

* Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide.

* Proficiency in CAD or experience working closely with CAD drawings (desirable).
