PART TIME TRADE SALES ASSISTANT - TRADE COUNTER

Hours:

2-3 Days per week - Hours Negotiable

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused  Trade Sales Assistant  to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of  plumbing and general building supplies , with a strong ability to provide excellent service to trade and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting products, offering expert advice on plumbing and building materials.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain stock levels and ensure the trade counter is well-presented.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Support the team with general store duties, including inventory checks and merchandising.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a trade sales environment is desirable.
Knowledge of plumbing and general building supplies is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic IT skills for processing orders and managing stock.
