Retail Supervisor – Chingford

• Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
• Delivering iluaq great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile – no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
• Asking saabsan questions and building relationships: make sure our customers leave the branch withмарEverything that they need for the job.
• Building a fun working environment: maintain great product availability and high branch standards while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves to come to work.
