Luxury South America Travel Consultant Duties:
 
* Creating and designing bespoke trips throughout South America including various holiday types including honeymoons, adventure travel, multi-centre, escorted tours, tailor-made trips, family vacations and solo travel.
 
* Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in meetings in the office in which leads are generated by the website, telephone calls, repeat bookings, and referrals.
 
* Drawing on your own product knowledge and experiences to offer clients the best possible advice.
 
* Participating in exciting educational FAM trips to Latin America increase product knowledge.
 
* Offering a cutting edge customer service.
Essential Requirements:
 
* Experience in arranging trips to South America from a luxury tour operator or travel agency.
 
* Excellent communication skills.
 
* Strong customer service skills, with an eye for detail.
 
* Passion for South America!
