What You’ll Do

Our Business Development team is a key component of our EMEA sales success. You will be an early member of a growing global team, generating interest with qualified prospects in the UK using outbound and inbound tactics and positioning Fireblocks as the industry leader. You will work with and be mentored by top professionals within fintech and crypto. We provide extensive product and sales training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities
  • Engage prospects via phone, personalized emails, and video conferencing.
  • Identify new accounts and qualify outbound and inbound sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and lead scoring.
  • Develop, test, and iterate outbound campaigns to drive new opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts.
  • Support the Sales Engineering team with product demonstrations.
  • Keep detailed notes of activities and ensure data cleanliness in Hub Spot/Salesforce.
  • Represent the company and educate prospects at trade shows, conferences, and private events (some travel required).
Qualifications
  • Prior BDR/SDR experience within the technology sector, ideally software (not required).
  • Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities.
  • Initiative to seek new ways of finding opportunities (e.g., Linked In, Drift).
  • Ability to understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value proposition.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Unafraid to fail and quickly owns up to it.
  • Based in London.
