Location: CHANEL, Selfridges W&FJ

Reporting to: Boutique Director

• Further the brand’s growth in the Watch & Fine Jewellery space by acting as an ambassador for the brand.
• Proactively seek to grow awareness of the beauty and efficacy of our W&FJ product.
• Collaborate with our Fashion Division to convert a large and loyal CHANEL fanbase to our W&FJ product.
• Share your expertise while also learning from others, enriching your knowledge and capabilities.
• Act as a true team player, contributing to operational and administrative aspects and creating a positive business environment.

• Showing entrepreneurship to maximise sales, with the agreement and support of the Boutique Management.
• Taking initiatives with a strategic and spontaneous approach to build strong personalised client relationships.
• Mapping, networking and reviving dormant accounts as core business development activities.
• Proposing an action plan to attract identified VIPs to visit Bond Street Jewellery Flagship.
• Offering an ultimate customer ‘concierge’ service at all times, nurturing relationships with the clientele.
• A deep appreciation of the wider Watch & Fine Jewellery market and total knowledge of CHANEL products.

• Integrity and professionalism, remaining presentable and well‑groomed at all times.
• Global perspective with an open mind to relate to diverse cultures.
• An established local network and trusted advisor of high‑net‑worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment.
• A contributor to local and global communities, acquiring clients in an emotionally intelligent and sophisticated manner.
• Very strong personal relations skills with clients and team members.
• Curiosity for culture, arts and current affairs.
• Demonstrated track record in a Watch & Fine Jewellery sales team.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferable.
