New Homes Sales Consultant - North West

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work with premium new build developments, working primarily weekends when our show homes are busiest.

• Welcome visitors to show homes and conduct compelling property viewings
• Qualify prospects and manage leads through to completion
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries
• Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents
• Stay informed about local property market trends and competitor developments

• Proven sales experience (minimum 2+ years)
• Experience in property sales, new homes, or estate agency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work weekends and some weekdays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Basic salary up to £35,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000-£50,000
