Our client, a large and well-established subcontractor operating within the design and build construction sector, is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their growing commercial team based in Barnet.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 2+ years’ commercial sales experience who is looking to significantly increase their earnings through a high-performing, uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the design & build / construction sector

* Build and manage relationships with main contractors, developers and key stakeholders

* Manage the sales process from lead generation through to agreement

* Work closely with internal delivery and estimating teams to support successful project wins

* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial sales role

* Previous exposure to design & build, construction or subcontracting environments beneficial, not essential

* Proven track record of new business generation and account development

* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

* Highly motivated, target-driven and financially ambitious

What’s on Offer
