As a full-time Business Development Consultant at Relesys, you will play a pivotal role in kickstarting our expansion into the UK market where you will generate new business opportunities in the Mid- and Enterprise Retail market. Imagine being the one who opened the door for amazing client relationships like Joe & the Juice, Specsavers, Sticks'n'Sushi, Peak Performance and many more as we expand to new horizons.
In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Sales & Country Manager and Account Executives and enter an exciting career path towards becoming either a Specialist in your field, Account Executive or Account Manager in the near future.

Your key responsibilities- Drive high quality and volume of daily outreach efforts through cold calling, email, Linked In, events etc. to create qualified new business meetings for the Account Executive team
- Identify and target new potential clients in the Retail UK market (Fashion, Beauty, Cosmetics, Home etc.)
- Reach out and establish a relationship to key stakeholders and comprehend their specific needs and challenges to drive value
- Proactively acquire knowledge about the Relesys Sales Playbook, Relesys competitors and become a specialist in our product and value
- Build strong relationships with our Account Executives and collaborate closely to maximize the win
- Take ownership of your Sales Operating Rhythm and drive towards exceeding your sales targets and KPIs
- Pipeline Generation Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, Linked In, and events. Minimum 60 outbound calls per day to drive predictable, high-quality pipeline. Spot, research, and engage new potential clients within the UK retail and hospitality market. Identify key stakeholders and initiate strong first-touch conversations.
- Lead Qualification Understand prospect needs, challenges, and priorities to determine qualification. Validate business potential and progress qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
- Sales Collaboration Work closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings. Share insights from outreach to support better targeting and messaging.
- Market & Product Knowledge Become an expert in the Relesys Sales Playbook, our value proposition, and the competitive landscape. Stay sharp on industry trends in retail and hospitality.
- Sales Discipline Own your activity metrics, pipeline targets, and weekly sales rhythm. Continuously improve outreach quality, messaging, and conversion rates.
