Business Development Representative - London

Join Movable Ink as a Business Development Representative in London. As a fast‑growing developer of AI‑powered content personalization, Movable Ink helps leading brands maximize revenue, simplify workflows, and boost marketing agility. Our headquarters are in New York City and we operate worldwide across North America, Central America, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

The Business Development Representative’s goal is to fill the Sales team’s pipeline with qualified opportunities. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic start‑up environment and opens pathways to internal growth in Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Partnerships, and Strategic Accounts within 12–24 months.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new relationships via email, Linked In, and phone to establish meetings with senior‑level decision makers in companies that could benefit from Movable Ink’s solutions.
  • Assess prospects’ needs, identify pain points, explain Movable Ink solutions, and qualify or disqualify prospects during discovery calls and meetings before handing off for the Account Executive to begin the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Take and log organized notes, build presentation decks, gather contact information, and nurture contacts after the opportunity.
  • Research accounts and prospects thoroughly, identify pain points, company‑wide initiatives, and director‑level objectives to formulate an outreach and execution strategy with the Account Executive.
  • Create mock‑ups for prospects that illustrate how Movable Ink can provide additional value beyond what they’re currently doing.
  • Utilize the sales database and prospecting tools to manage the pipeline and maintain accurate information about suspects, prospects, and their companies.
Qualifications
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced, highly strategic sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at various levels of enterprise brands.
  • Experience with prioritization and organization in a professional setting.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments.
