Guidance, support, and supervision will be provided in accordance with the individual’s experience and capabilities and in line with our Supervision Policy.

• Must hold a qualification in Social Work.
• Good demonstrable understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent or has the equivalent relevant work experience (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW).
• Knowledge of social work models and interventions, including strengths-based practice models (Desirable).
• Knowledge and understanding of discriminated groups and the ability to ensure that services are appropriately delivered to meet their needs (Desirable).

• Social Work England registration.
• A full UK driving license.
• DBS clearance.
• Authority to work in the UK.
