Position: Family Support Worker (Permanent)
Family Support Worker – Family Assessment Centre – Hendon (NW4) 🌟
💰 £12.50 – £13.50 per hour | ⏰ Full-time 40 hour per week

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Family Support Worker to join a Family Assessment Centre in Hendon (NW4).
This is a great opportunity to work with families, providing support and guidance during their assessment process to help improve their situations and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support families by helping with daily routines and tasks during their assessment
Work alongside families to understand their challenges and help them make positive changes
Offer advice and guidance to parents and children on issues that affect them
Help create and follow care plans to make sure children are safe and well-supported
Keep accurate records of your work and how the family is progressing
Work with other professionals like social workers to provide the best support for families
Be there to support families emotionally and practically, helping them through tough times

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in family support or working with children is helpful
Good at talking to people and building positive relationships
Able to work on your own as well as with a team
Full UK driving licence preferred but not a must
Caring and kind, with a genuine interest in making a difference in families' lives
Comfortable working in challenging situations with a calm and professional attitude
