Family Safeguarding Social Worker | South East England | Flexible Office Days | Manageable Caseloads
Looking for a Family Safeguarding role where you can focus on delivering quality practice without being overwhelmed by unmanageable caseloads?
Leaders in Care are working with a forward-thinking local authority in South East England that is committed to supporting its social workers through flexible working, strong management, and a relationship-based approach to practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable Family Safeguarding team where you can make a real difference while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The RoleAs part of the Family Safeguarding Team, you'll work with children and families across:
- Child in Need (CIN)
- Child Protection (CP)
- Family Support
The service places a strong emphasis on early intervention and relationship-based practice, with minimal court work, allowing you to spend more time supporting families and achieving positive outcomes.

- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualified experience within Children's Services
- Experience with in Family Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Child in Need teams
- Confident relationship-based practitioner with strong assessment and communication skills
