Talent Co are delighted to be working with one of Silicon Valley's most exciting Agentic AI startups (YC25), looking to hire a world-class Founding AI Engineer into their London hub, as part of their international expansion from San Francisco.

Having very recently raised a significant seed round from top investors, they’re now keen to bring in high-potential, hyper-ambitious and AI-obsessed software engineers, as they continue build out their engineering org.

You will become a founding employee in London reporting directly to the Co-founder & Chief AI Officer, designing and building full-stack applications that power AI-driven workflows for enterprise users for this early-stage startup of 13 people, so this is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the founders.

This is a dream role for a driven software engineer to play a key role in building and scaling AI-powered applications, transforming how enterprises interact with intelligent agents.

• Design and build full-stack applications that power AI-driven workflows for enterprise users, building scalable backend services that support real-time AI interactions, knowledge retrieval, and automation.
• Work across the stack, with a backend focus:
  Own features end-to-end with React (Type Script) and Python, blending UX and ML into production-ready code.
• Move fast with the latest tools:
  Leverage modern AI dev tools (Cursor, Windsurf) to experiment, prototype, and launch quickly.
• Be a collaborative, growth-minded engineer:
  Ship clean, tested code, embrace peer reviews, and contribute across design, product, and ML.

• Real-world AI/ML experience:
  Delivered AI-driven products and features to users and hungry to stay ahead of the latest AI innovations.
• Startup experience: 2+ years building and shipping products in fast-paced startup environments, with an eye for quality and scale.
• Backend-leaning full-stack fluency:
  Skilled in React/Type Script and most importantly Python.
• Education to back it up:
  Computer Science degree is essential.
• Entrepreneurial spirit:
  You have the mindset and approach of a Founding Engineer. You get sh
