We’re looking for a Product Engineer to help us evolve our customer-facing systems, both internal and external. This role is hands‑on across our stack of technologies: from our data storage systems such as Postgres to our React‑based web apps. If you love working full stack with a range of cutting‑edge technologies in an exciting domain, then this role is for you.

• Proficient with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Type Script or similar)
• 4-6 years software engineering experience
• Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, and have a strong ability to deliver results within tight timelines
• Passionate to work with small & medium sized enterprises (SMEs) - these are our clients!

• Own the design and implementation across our client‑facing technology stack:
  Postgres, Java, Node and React.
• Work closely with product and operations to build features that serve both internal and external customers.
• Play a key role in refactoring and rearchitecting our existing codebase.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing and automation.
• Be a part of a core team of senior engineers tasked with fundamental system design decisions.

• Experience working full stack: database, business logic and front end systems.
• Experience developing in complex domains.
• Fluency in programming languages such as Typescript, Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with redesigning and refactoring legacy systems.

• You’re curious and pragmatic in how you approach problem solving.
• You take ownership, from implementation through to adoption and long‑term maintainability.
• You’re independent and collaborative.
