• 7+ years of commercial experience as a Full Stack developer with Back‑end specialization
• Based in London and willing to work in a hybrid model (at least twice a week from our London‑based office)
• Interested in working with a fresh tech stack and being part of an independent team
• Motivated by real engineering challenges rather than bureaucracy
• Familiar with fintech and SaaS, ideally private equity
• Writes clean, collaborative code
• Opinionated and passionate, with strong viewpoints about technology

• Join a small, experienced development team to shape business‑tech solutions for frontend and backend
• Ship new features while maintaining high standards of code quality
• Collaborate with other senior developers on technical decisions in a meritocratic environment
• Explore areas such as graph theory, machine‑learning‑based document parsing, and financial calculations
• Work within Agile methodology, prioritising thoughtful design over quick fixes
• Build modern UI components in React and backend services with Node.js, Nest.js
• Architect frontend communication using API, tRPC, Graph

• Balance speed and quality; stability is paramount for maintainability

• Expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Type Script
• Experience with Figma from a developer perspective
• Knowledge of React state management solutions
• Past experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, Jest, Playwright
• Dev Ops familiarity (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS services)
• Understanding of ORM and repository patterns (e.g., Prisma)
• Experience working in a product‑based company
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• International experience and cultural sensitivity
• Team‑player mindset with high EQ and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English
