Software Engineer, Senior Developer

• Work closely with customers, customer success, and sales to clearly define problems.
• Design solutions that simplify and improve existing systems.
• Build MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to solve customer pain points.
• Troubleshoot on calls with users and deploy improvements within hours.

• Hire, mentor, and manage senior talent.
• Own a domain of deep expertise such as distributed systems, product design, or performance.

• Builder at heart with at least 2 years of software engineering experience.
• Successful track record of solving real human problems.
• High agency and proactive attitude toward solving complex problems.
• Experience with iterative development, MVP shipping, and rapid feature improvement.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript and React, including browser performance considerations.
• Clear, concise, and direct communicator.

Compensation Range: £80,000 – £180,000
