Senior Software Engineer (Python, Django, React

JS) required to work for a fast growing and exciting business based in Central London. However, this role is mainly remote.

We need an experienced Python Developer who is a good people person, working with client facing teams outside of Technology, and also mentoring more junior members of the team across Europe. Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack

* Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for new features and systems

* Analyse and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and provide feedback to peers during code reviews

* Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding

* Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

* Collaborate effectively with distributed team members across multiple time zones, including offshore development teams

* Build relationships and foster team cohesion across geographical and cultural boundaries.

Experience required:

* Expert Python/Django developer with full-stack capability (React

JS, JavaScript, PHP)

* Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices

* Solid experience with AWS cloud services and modern web infrastructure

* Familiar with distributed systems (Rabbit

MQ, Celery) and caching (Redis)

* Ability to mentor junior engineers and own end-to-end feature delivery
