They are building an interdisciplinary team of world-class scientists, ML experts, and drug-development leaders—and are now looking for an outstanding Senior DMPK Lead to help drive their next wave of breakthroughs.

🔬 The Role : Senior DMPK Lead

In this role, you will :

• Develop and own DMPK and Quantitative Pharmacology strategy from late lead optimisation through preclinical development
• Provide scientific leadership across drug discovery programmes
• Collaborate closely with AI / ML, pharmacology, and development teams to guide project direction
• Integrate DMPK, PK / PD, and tox data for decision‑making and dose predictions
• Design screening cascades and mechanistic studies to support progression
