Kafka Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kafka Architect to lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apache Kafka, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Java, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and the Spring Framework. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive business success and deliver meaningful impact across Telecom, Billing, and Revenue Management domains.

London hybrid-based role with 2/3 times per week at the office.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

· Define and implement robust, scalable architecture using Kafka, Spring Cloud, and Spring Boot.

· Ensure seamless integration of systems leveraging Spring Integration and Java technologies.

Development & Quality:

· Develop and maintain high-quality code using Spring MVC and Spring Core to optimize application performance.

· Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.

Leadership & Collaboration:

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Performance & Compliance:

· Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in Telecom and Billing domains.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance architecture and processes.

· Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve technical capabilities.

Documentation & Support:

· Document architecture, design decisions, and implementation details for knowledge sharing.

· Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
