* Basic understanding of software systems, web or mobile applications; prior exposure is a plus but not essential
* Good written and verbal communication skills to document and explain findings clearly
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
* No formal degree required — passion, curiosity, and drive are what matter
