• Group exercise class (45 mins): £25 per class delivered
• Personal training session (60 mins): £35 per session delivered

• Deliver weekly group exercise classes themed on specific fitness targets to mixed ability attendees.
• Conduct one‑to‑one gym induction sessions, including PT consultation and taster session.
• Plan and deliver client‑specific personal training sessions.
• Mark attendance and manage administration duties on the platform.
• Provide in‑depth group inductions, demonstrating equipment usage and health & safety protocol.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and liaise with motive8 head office management to ensure professional delivery.
• Assist residents with advice and guidance to support their fitness journey.

• Self‑employed status with valid self‑employed insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Level 3 Personal Training Certification.
• Experienced in delivering fitness training sessions with a confident, articulate approach.
• Energetic, approachable, and detail‑oriented with a high level of customer service.

• Rent‑free training facility – no gym rent or shift‑hour commitments required.
• Frequent group class bookings (average weekly) and opportunity for upselling additional PT services.
• Potential to develop a personal training client base within the residential gym.
• Earn additional income as a self‑employed trainer.
