Join Ryanair, Europe's favourite airline, as a Challenger 350-3500 Captain at London Stansted. The role is part of a 24/7 engineering support operation with a 4/4 roster pattern, including early and late night standby shifts.
DescriptionYou will be part of a permanent crew, earning up to £121,500 p.a. (UK), with opportunities to fly to any of the 240+ Ryanair destinations.
Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or possess 'Pre‑Settled Status'.
Minimum Requirements- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK – possibility of UK Visa sponsorship.
- Licence:
Valid EASA or UK CAA issued Part FCL. - Valid EU/UK Part‑MED Class 1 medical certificate.
- English language proficiency:
Operational Level (Level
4). - Challenger 350/3500 rating (preferred).
- 3000 total flight hours, with at least 1000 command hours in a multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet.
Shortlisted candidates will attend a simulator assessment on a B737 FFS and complete technical, CRM and personnel interviews. The process takes place in Dublin or other airline training centres, with travel provided.
- Pre‑simulator briefing.
- Company presentation.
- Simulator assessment – 45 min pilot flying and pilot monitoring.
- Technical assessment – 30 min.
- Personnel interview – ~30 min.
- Successful candidates are offered placement on an upcoming course.
- Within 7 working days post‑assessment, applicants receive decision by phone or e‑mail.
- Eligibility: meet the minimum requirements and submit all required documents.
