General Operator (CNC) - Shaped Tip Grinding (Nights)

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 6 am (39 hours per week) (flexibility to be discussed at interview)
Pay:
From 13.63 + 30% shift allowance to 15.08 + 30% shift allowance (depending on experience)

As a General Operator (CNC) - Shaped Tip Grinding, you'll expertly set and operate CNC Anca Punch Grinding 3 and 5 axis machines. You'll work in a flexible team environment, producing tooling with tight tolerances for the pharmaceutical industry. Your ability to edit programs, interpret drawings, and run multiple machines will ensure we meet customer and business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting and programming CNC machinery
Productive running of equipment to meet throughput and quality standards
Reading and understanding work instructions, drawings, and inspection procedures
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area (adhering to 6S standards)
Assisting in process improvements and equipment development
Communicating effectively and working as part of a team

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience setting and operating CNC machines (preferably with programming skills)
Can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Understands quality standards and can maintain tight tolerances
Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork
