• Limit credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts the first time.

• Previous experience as a parts advisor or other relevant experience within the motor trade.
• Good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn – training available.
• Proactive, sales‑driven and maintain an outstanding level of service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Occasional assistance in the warehouse (pick/putaway) may be required.
• Knowledge of the local area and customer base is a distinct advantage.
