Quality Engineer

Code that ships to millions starts as a pull request on someone's screen, and at Capital Partners we want that someone to be our next Quality Engineer. You'll bring 1 years of Organization, and in return get $59,000 - $93,000, a supportive team, and the freedom to drive your own results.

• Keep Capital Partners's Initiative dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Catch the remote-native gRPC regression in staging before it ever reaches Loveland customers
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from Capital Partners stakeholders into shippable AWS services
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
• Keep the technology Python service humming through Loveland's holiday traffic surge
• Defend Capital Partners uptime through the 2 a.m. Loveland pages nobody volunteers for

• 1+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
• Practical Linux skills sharpened in a remote setting
• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork
• 1 or more years steering technology projects end to end

We are Capital Partners, an unhurried technology company headquartered in Loveland, CO. We treat every new Quality Engineer as a fresh set of eyes, so tell us what looks broken.

Take home $59,000 - $93,000, build your gRPC under a mentor, lean on benefits, and shape a remote week that finally fits.

We refreshed it today so candidates know the remote role is genuinely open.
