• Welcome clients to the branch or over the phone in a professional manner
• Offer expert advice to clients in their choices of components for their industrial combustion projects
• Assess customers’ needs and develop proposals accordingly
• Inform customers on new, existing and complimentary products
• Perform technical research in order to offer the best solution to the customer
• Provide technical support to clients for components and materials
• Issue purchase orders, invoices, and order confirmations
• Send requests for the opening of new accounts
• Collaborate with the Industrial Combustion Team on large scale projects
• Stay up to date with knowledge pertaining to new products and technologies
• Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows

• College Diploma related to Industrial Combustion, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Industrial Combustion field
• Knowledge of control systems used in Industrial Combustion (Siemens, Honeywell, Fireye, etc)
• Knowledge of components used in machines in an industrial process or boilers an asset
• Good knowledge of current office software (Word, Excel, Sales Force, Teams, etc.)
• Desire to Communicate with Customers
