Contract: 12‑month renewable, 5 days a week onsite

Responsibilities En tant qu'analyste en sécurité et fiabilité des produits- Réaliser des évaluations quantitatives des risques pour la sécurité (SRA), y compris des analyses de Weibull et des prévisions des risques futurs, afin de soutenir les stratégies de gestion de la flotte pour le maintien de la navigabilité.
- Développer des outils de calcul à l'aide de Microsoft Excel, des macros VBA et d'autres plateformes pertinentes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, le service clientèle, les ingénieurs en chef, les partenaires, les fournisseurs, les constructeurs aéronautiques et les autorités réglementaires afin de définir et d'appliquer les exigences de sécurité.
- Préparer et présenter des exposés sur les SRA aux équipes internes, aux parties prenantes externes et aux autorités réglementaires.
- Développer et documenter des processus et des méthodes robustes pour la vérification et les tests de logiciels, et promouvoir l'amélioration des processus et les meilleures pratiques analytiques par le biais de documentation et de présentations techniques.
- Performing quantitative Safety Risk Assessments (SRAs), including Weibull analysis and future risk predictions, to support fleet management strategies for continued airworthiness.
- Developing calculation tools using Microsoft Excel, VBA macros, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborating with engineering teams, customer support, chief engineers, partners, suppliers, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory authorities to define and apply safety requirements.
- Preparing and delivering SRA presentations to internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Developing and documenting robust processes and methods for software verification and testing, and promoting process improvements and analytical best practices through documentation and technical presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Weibull analysis and future risk prediction using condition al probability and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Strong programming and automation skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
- Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and quantitative analysis.
- Proven ability to write clear, high‑quality technical reports and documentation.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Effective team player with strong collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong initiative with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Keen analytical thinker with an interest in complex systems involving hydromechanical, electronic, and software components (asset).
- Knowledge of engine turbomachinery, control systems (hydromechanical, electronic, software), and aircraft powerplant systems (asset).
