Position: BUILDING MECHANICAL DIRECTOR
Consulting engineering company is looking for its future experienced building mechanics director.
What will your daily life be like?
Management of the department as a whole:Manage the department’s human, material, budgetary and software resources.Participate in the strategic development of the department.HR/Recruitment/Performance appraisal.Monitor and develop resource efficiency when carrying out projects.Technical development, innovation, BIM.Monitor department projects:
Quality, Performance/efficiency, Choice and technical orientations.Support business development, participate in the drafting of service offers.Maintain and develop relationships with our partners in complementary disciplines.Participate in mandates as project manager:
Carry out assessments of existing mechanical installations.Meet customers and define the mechanical needs of a project.Design plans and quotes for the different mechanical systems.Make budget estimates.What we offer you:
