- Program PLCs and HMIs typically used in industrial controls systems
- Responsible for the electrical design of combustion projects, including technical drawings
- Assemble and fit gas trains in the workshop
- Perform electrical sequence tests on control panels for gas trains
- Prepare technical documentation for clients when required
- Provide technical support to clients when needed
- Assist and support Internal Technical Sales Representative with quotes for material
- Participate in processing quotes and orders in the system when required
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction after project delivery
- Stay up to date with knowledge pertaining to new products and technologies
- Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows
- DEC in Industrial Electronics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the Electrical Code (C22.2 No.10 and C22.2 No.286) and the Gas Code B149.3
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming software (Allen-Bradley, Loytec, etc.)
- Good knowledge of common office software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
