En tant que spécialiste en stratégie produit, vous êtes passionné(e) par la gestion de produits, la transformation numérique et l'impact de l'adéquation produit-marché sur l'évolution dynamique de la demande CRM.

Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions, créatif(ve) et souhaitez avoir un impact positif dans le domaine des produits numériques. Vous êtes encouragé(e) à définir les besoins clés de l'entreprise. Vous aurez accès à un vaste réseau de contacts et travaillerez quotidiennement en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire hautement qualifiée, composée notamment d'un chef de produit CRM, d'un chef de produit C360, d'un analyste Power BI, d'un architecte de solutions, d'un analyste de données, d'un ingénieur de données et d'un chef de projet.

Profil idéal:

• Expérience en gestion de projets de transformation numérique d'envergure
• Expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale
• Expérience en gestion de produits numériques
• Expérience en gestion de CRM (gestion de la relation client)

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à:

• Soutenir et mettre en œuvre le projet de migration vers le cloud pour le CRM
• Identifier et affiner les besoins clés de l'entreprise pour la migration vers le cloud
• Surveiller la mise à niveau de la plateforme CRM
• Effectuer un benchmarking continu
• Garantir l'application des bonnes pratiques de gestion des données
• Travailler au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire

Formation :

• Licence en administration des affaires, chaîne logistique, gestion des opérations, commerce ou tout autre domaine connexe

As a Product Strategy Specialist, you are passionate about product management, digital transformation, and how product-market fit plays into the dynamic market demand transformation for CRM.

You must be solution-oriented, creative, and passionate about making a positive impact in the digital product space. You are encouraged to define key business requirements. In addition, the candidate will have access to a broad network of contacts and will work daily in collaboration with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team such as CRM Product Manager, C360 Product Manager, Power BI Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Project Manager.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in managing large digital transformation
• Experience in aerospace industry
• Experience in managing digital products
• Experience in managing CRM (customer relationship management)

In this role, you will:

• Support & implement the cloud transformation project for CRM
• Identify & refine key business requirements for the cloud transformation
• Oversee CRM platform version upgrade execution
• Perform continuous benchmarking
• Ensure correct data management practices are applied
• Working with a multidisciplinary team
