We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Field Ops Specialist to join our team as one of our first hardware technicians on the ground in Australia. The hardware in question — the collars and towers — is what makes us Halter. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something genuinely new.

You'll be responsible for building an efficient operational system from the ground up, getting out onto farms, and making sure our hardware infrastructure runs without a hitch. One moment you're diagnosing a technical issue in the field, the next you're delivering collars to a new producer. You'll be the go-to person on the ground — the kind of person who takes ownership and gets things done.
