HOURS:

9.00am – 5.00pm (30 mins lunch)

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to assist the team. Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.

Role profile:

* First point of contact by managing incoming calls, emails and greeting visitors

* Maintain overall office efficiency by managing daily tasks and schedules

* Accurate data entry, including acknowledging customer orders

* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, sorting daily post and parcels

* Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies

* Oversee outgoing shipments, point to point tracking, and liaise with couriers daily to ensure timely delivery

* Assist with month end reporting documents

* Provide reliable support to the team by completing administrative tasks

Essential

Experience:

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively

* Proactive approach

* Proven Administration experience
