Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assess costings for works, materials and services for residential refurbishment projects
Manage and maintain commercial relationships with clients
Forecast project costs and produce reports on budget variations
Review contracts and identify commercial risks prior to project commencement
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and all statutory requirements
Support client satisfaction by monitoring quality and project delivery
Prepare and submit loss and expense claims as required
Carry out final commercial evaluations at project completion

Person Specification
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
Residential refurbishment or property maintenance experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract conditions
Financially astute with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines within a team environment
