A respected and expanding national property maintenance and refurbishment company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its East Midlands team. • Prepare and assess costings for works, materials and services for residential refurbishment projects
• Manage and maintain commercial relationships with clients
• Forecast project costs and produce reports on budget variations
• Review contracts and identify commercial risks prior to project commencement
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and all statutory requirements
• Support client satisfaction by monitoring quality and project delivery
• Prepare and submit loss and expense claims as required
• Carry out final commercial evaluations at project completion

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Residential refurbishment or property maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract conditions
• Financially astute with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines within a team environment
