Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and web.
- Troubleshoot communication systems — including Ethernet, serial, satellite, radio, and cellular.
- Configure and support Campbell Scientific software products.
- Write, test, and support CRBasic data logger programs to interface with sensors and protocols.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for customers on system operation and best practices.
- Support system testing, documentation, and configuration activities.
- Travel within the UK and internationally to support clients and installations.
- Continually develop your skills in programming, systems integration, and customer engagement.

EssentialSkills and Qualifications
- A technical background (communications, networking, instrumentation, or similar).
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical details clearly and confidently.
- A customer‑first mindset with a passion for problem‑solving.
- Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel when needed (UK, Europe, and beyond occasionally).
- Experience with instrumentation or communication protocols.
- Experience in system configuration or programming.
