Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off, night shift 18:30 – 06:30

• Lead and manage a team of Flow Controllers, overseeing warehouse automation and efficient allocation of work.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain operational flow and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and uphold health & safety standards across all activities.
• Report and communicate KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability.

• Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse environment; FMCG experience is advantageous.
• Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder and Matflow.
• Ideally, experience within an automated warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence effectively.
