• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Manage an allocated section or department – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise and schedule a team of Retail Assistants, setting daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development by taking advantage of digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.

• Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence the team, communicate, engage, and challenge whilst keeping the customer at the forefront.
• Drive performance through commercial awareness and talent development.
• Focus on building strong relationships to enhance employee culture and well‑being.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem‑solve.
