Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7:30am - 12:30am

Pay: £14 per hour

The Hand Grinder Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning, smoothing, and finishing castings or fabricated parts.

Removing excess material and imperfections to ensure high-quality standards.

Using hand tools and grinders safely and efficiently.

Maintaining work areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.

Supporting the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets.

About You:

Experience in hand grinding, fettling, or a similar manufacturing role.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Able to work safely and follow health and safety procedures.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Flexible and willing to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
