Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client located in Loughborough for Factory Operatives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Monday to Thursday, 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights!

Factory Operative Job Details & Benefits;

 * £30,476.16 - £32,972.16 Per Annum

* Attendance Bonus Once Permanent

* Monday to Thursday 12 hour weekly rotating shifts days and nights, 06.00am – 18.00pm and 18:00pm – 06:00am

* 12-hour shifts (2 hours break paid)

* Weekly pay

Factory Operative Job Details;

As a Production Operative you will be required to carry out a variety of duties such as loading and unloading, operating machinery, feeding a conveyor belt, palletising and other general factory duties.

The environment is loud, and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit and able to lift 15kg.

Factory Operative Person Specification;

* Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product

* Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties

* Own transport required due to location and hours

* Must have a Forklift License
