As the brand continues to grow, so does the importance of how we show up day to day across Instagram, email and key brand moments. This role exists to ensure our content, campaigns and creative output remain consistent, considered and unmistakably Claude & Co.

We’re looking for a creative Marketing Assistant who is hands‑on, design‑led and confident executing content, while supporting launches and the wider marketing team.

You’ll play a key part in bringing Claude & Co to life across Instagram, email and campaigns. You’ll spend most of your time creating content, supporting launches and keeping our channels looking and feeling on brand.

• Creating on‑brand content for Instagram, including posts, stories, reels and short‑form video
• Designing creative assets for social, email, web and campaigns
• Shooting and editing content for socials and website
• Writing clear, on‑brand captions and email copy
• Designing, building and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Supporting product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Helping plan and support photoshoots, including content curation afterwards
• Supporting community engagement in comments and DMs
• Helping manage the content calendar and campaign timelines
• Providing light e‑commerce support on Shopify when needed

This role suits a strong junior to mid‑level creative marketer with around 2–4 years’ experience.

• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator
• Enjoys being hands‑on and creating content day to day
• Writes clearly and naturally, adapting to brand tone
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling tasks
• Collaborative, curious and keen to learn
• Formal qualifications matter less than your creative ability
