Base Salary of £26,000.00-£29,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £9300 (OTE £38,300).

Established in 1995, Quorn Stone is a leading retailer and importer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, with 9 showrooms across the UK and a Head Office in Loughborough. As a Senior Sales Advisor you will work closely alongside our showroom team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator who thrives in a customer service/sales role. The fast‑paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised and able to prioritise tasks, while being pro‑active and reactive to customers’ requirements. The sales process can begin over the phone, e‑mail or in person and it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator via each platform.

• Answering incoming sales calls
• Supporting the Sales Manager
• Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding after‑sales service
• Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
• Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
• Arranging samples to be dispatched
• Problem resolution
• Handle customer complaints
• Guide the sales team in closing sales
• Assist with new starter inductions and training

37 hours per week, with 2 days off.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9:30am-5pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays Closed

£27,000-£29,000 plus bonus earnings OTE with discretionary bonus £35k+
