Sales Advisor – QUORN COUNTRY TILES LIMITED

We are a leading retailer and importer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring. As a family‑run business, established in 1995, we are passionate about offering customers the highest quality flooring and exceptional customer service at every stage of their journey with us.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Head Office team in Leicestershire. Successful candidates are friendly, confident communicators who thrive in a customer‑service/sales environment. The fast‑paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised, able to prioritise tasks, and both proactive and reactive to customer requirements.

• Answer incoming sales calls.
• Support the Sales Manager.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide outstanding after‑sales service.
• Provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing, showcasing a natural flair for interiors.
• Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
• Arrange samples to be dispatched.
• Guide customers throughout the sales process, whether over the phone or via email, offering technical and design advice and resolving queries.

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Experience in the luxury goods market (desirable).
• Knowledge of interiors (desirable).
• Extremely well organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Enthusiastic and hands‑on – this is a busy, fast‑paced company.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to inspire those around you.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent communicator.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM (desirable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Full and clean UK driver’s licence.

Monday to Friday – 09.00 to 17.00.

Base salary of £25,000 to £28,000 per year plus bonus earnings.
