• Deliver, manage and quality‑assure the Loucoll Active Programme within our Sport Department.
• Work with student‑athletes, designing and implementing training programmes and providing feedback to enhance performance.
• Maintain coaching standards and support the development of the college’s sporting culture.

• Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 or higher).
• Experience working with student‑athletes and in an elite sport setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
