Redbridge - TM - Special Exploitation Team - Umb; Temporary

Position: Redbridge - TM - Special Exploitation Team - £45.20 p/h Umb (Temporary)
Location: Epping Forest

Eden Brown Synergy is working with Redbridge, who are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their Special Exploitation Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Managing and supervising Social Workers working with young people at risk of exploitation.

* Providing oversight and direction on complex cases involving CSE/CCE and contextual safeguarding.

* Chairing meetings, guiding decision making and quality assuring reports and assessments.

* Working with multi-agency partners including police, health, education and youth services.

* Ensuring statutory processes, risk management and safeguarding standards are met.

Working Pattern:

* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent

* SWE registration

* Previous Team Manager experience within Exploitation/Safeguarding/Adolescents services

* Strong understanding of contextual safeguarding and risk management
