• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
• Contribute to care planning and coach support workers.
• Promote services to relatives, prospective residents and their enquiries.
• Update and write care plans and resident documentation.
• Perform realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Proven experience working in a care setting.
• Good team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine desire to care for others.

This permanent full‑time role is 36 hours a week on a mix of shifts. Salary: £13.00 per hour, £24,336 per annum.
