• £12.40/hour weekdays

• £12.51/hour weekends

• 42p per mile mileage

• Paid travel time

Example Weekly Earnings (30 hours):

• 30 hours of direct care = £372

• 100 miles of driving = £42

• Travel time (approx. 2.5h) = £31Total = £445/week - that's over £23,100 a year Subject to tax/NI deductions.
